Accountant for Creatives / Small Business

Do any Des Moines creatives have a suggestion or reference to a good accountant (or firm)? I would like to build a relationship with somebody in the greater des moines area as I'm focusing on building my small video production business here.

Ideal Characteristics:
- down to earth, easy to work with
- highly interested in small businesses
- building a longterm relationship
- easily accessible
- experience with the creative community (freelancers, designers, animators, etc)
