Happy Medium, an honest media-buying agency based in Des Moines, IA is seeking an individual with sales, advertising and media buying experience to fulfill an Account Executive position.

Position Summary:
The Account Executives primary responsibility will be to create and develop ongoing business relationships. The Account Executive will be held accountable to understand our clients business, their customers, their goals for every marketing and advertising dollar spent. The candidate will also invest their time in recommending the best projects and initiatives to reach the clients goals and maximize the clients advertising budget. This position will also allow candidate to work from home if preferred.

Candidate will:
1) Develop new clients for Happy Medium, LLC for the purpose of helping their businesses grow through advertising.
2) Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts
3) Be committed to continual education to make themselves a better planner and media buyer
4) Have and be prepared to grow good community relationships
5) Serve as primary client contact
6) Work with Strata software to do media buys

Compensation: Base plus commission with no earnings cap, bonus opportunities available as well.

Education: College bachelor degree, 3+ years of sales and/or media buying experience that involved meeting sales objectives
Travel: Minimal (client location dependent)
