Made Collection's entreaty to make "buy local" cool

When you buy great American things, great things happen for America. The first thing that happens is, you get an awesome product. But beyond that, workers are supported, jobs are created, and the larger economy gets a little shot in the arm.

We're digging the marketing ploy/inspirational message of Made Collection, a Colorado-based flash sale site for "premium US-made products". According to Made,

If Americans buy just 1% more stuff here, it will create 200,000 jobs.

Golly, look at that. Their copy is so good they've got us repeating it for them.
